Why can’t I download from my Approach 30 device to Garmin golf using Garmin connect?

The Approach G30 will sync via the Garmin Connect mobile app and then scorecards are viewed through the Garmin Golf app.

Assuming you have the G30, is it at least syncing with the Garmin Connect Mobile app?

The following products do not pair directly through the Garmin Golf app and will sync scorecards through another app, such as the Garmin Connect app or the Garmin Express program on a computer. The scorecards can be viewed in the Garmin Golf app after being synced. See the owner's manual for how to pair your product and sync data.

I don't use this device or the Garmin Golf app, but Garmin-Cody might be able to assist further.

The Approach G30 will sync via the Garmin Connect mobile app and then scorecards are viewed through the Garmin Golf app.

If you are not seeing the Garmin Golf app displaying the scorecards after syncing through the Garmin Connect mobile app...there may be too many scorecards to sync all at once if a bunch have accumulated.

The other method of syncing may be best if there are a ton of scorecards needing syncing where you connect the G30 using the data/charging cable to a home computer using Garmin Express to transfer the scorecards. More info through the link here: Syncing Scorecards to the Garmin Golf App
