Last week I went to update the length of my period in Connect mobile. After hitting save, a "Network Connection Error" popped up. I then tried to do the same thing in the web version of Connect. This time after hitting save I got this message -- "Something went wrong on our end. Please try saving your changes again." I kept trying and it never worked. After exiting the calendar and going back to the home dashboard, my menstrual cycle glance said I was on day 36 of my cycle. It changed the dates (very) incorrectly on its own. It populated a whole new cycle for me based on seemingly random data. I have since updated the mobile version of Connect and still cannot update the dates of my period. The random dates it put in goes at least a couple months back. It is hard to verify how much it changed since I don't track my period anywhere else and can't cross reference it.
I rely on this feature regularly and unfortunately this issue has made it unusable. Any help to resolve it would be appreciated as it is quite frustrating. Thanks!
