how do I get the garmen coach app to do a missed workout?

Yesterday I missed a workout on my Garmen Coach program and want to do it today. How do I get the app to do the workout today?

You can't.

If you use Garmin Run Coach you can just do the workout outside of the program and the coach will use that for input for the future workouts.
