Missing achievable fitness age

Hey. According to https://www.garmin.com/en-US/garmin-technology/health-science/fitness-age/ Garmin watches (Connect app) should show you your current fitness age as well as 'achievable fitness age'.

I have a Fenix 7 Solar model and everything works as expected (dark image). However, my friend has Venu 3S and doesn't see the 'achievable fitness age' inside the application (light image).

Could there be any reason why? Is there a way to fix it?

Not sure, but based on own experience, I think the target age appears only when you do not have the green check-signs at all four conditions.

  • It is because he reach out maximum fitness age he could achieve, I think now it is your current age minus 10.

You can see from the screenshot that she is 32 and her current fitness age is 27.5. As I mentioned in an another comment, graphs show that it went lower to 27 and 26.5 a few times.

Yes, it goes lower. It goes even lower than the Target Age. I am usually 2-4 years under my target age, however, I do not see the target age value on the graph as long as all the four options are checked.
