Garmin connect mobile app not loading my steps.

My Garmin connect keeps give me an error When load up my steps. But the app on my MacBook is fine. The message says we have a problem loading this feature. I tried pretty much everything accept deleting and reloading the app. Any other suggestions?

Garmin Connect over the past 2 months has become unreliable in uploading steps.The device shows the record, but nothing can convince Garmin Connect to acknowledge these steps! This is such *** from a global company! their application team need to go to systems testing school to learn how to deploy application updates. Complete nonsense! I'm looking for an alternative App for sure!
