Garmin HRM 200 Real Time Heart Rate on Garment Mobile Connect app for iOS

I just received my Garmin HRM 200, paired it with my iPhone and the Garmin Connect+ mobile application, and have put on the strap (after wetting the sensors) and the HRM.

I am able to find where to see my real time heart rate or even see my heart rate after a short walk,

Please help. The YouTube videos I've seen don't seem to help any.

The HRM isn't designed to be used with Garmin Connect in that way. You should use it with a watch, bike computer, training equipment or an app that can log activities. There you will see and log the data. Some of them can then send that data to Garmin Connect and you can view the detailed HR data in the logged activity.

Garmin Connect can't log any activities so you can't see the detailed heart rate for the walk by just using Garmin Connect. In the daily timeline you can view the 2 minute averages of your HR.

To see the current heart rate you have add to add the heart rate glance to the home page in the app.
