Don’t have app notifications

ive just changed from apple watch to the garmin watch and I can’t find the Connect app - Settings - Notifications I don't have the Apps Notification option, I only have: Push Notifications and Email Notifications.

I updated the app, I restarted my phone and my watch, still no APPS Notification option.

any help would be much appreciated.

They are typically in Device Settings » Connectivity » Phone » Smart Notifications or in Device Settings » Notifications & Alerts » Smart Notifications. May vary from model to model. In doubts, check the user manual for your specific model.

You have an iPhone so the notifications are handled in the iOS notification center.
