My activity from this morning has not loaded onto my garmin app on my phone. It had been working fine until now.
I have switched both the watch and phone off. What do I need to do to download the activity. It normally does it automatically
There could be an issue with the activity. Try a manual upload from your Garmin device to Garmin Connect Web - How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?
If successful, it will also show on the Garmin Connect app on your phone. If not, you'll get an error message. This could require using a 3rd-party tool to repair it. You could zip and attach your file to this thread or check out this post - Anyone able to help recover this fit file please
