I am in my second week of training for a MTB race. I have been using my 840 for outdoor rides and my 530 on my trainer. I also wear a Vivo smart 5. However, this week I am tasked with ‘30 minutes of aerobic activity.’ My plan for this was to go and run. How do I capture that so it counts for my workout? Obviously, I can’t use my Edges for this, but will the vivosmart transfer the run to my specific training for my work out?
