Generic strength workout creation?

I own a Fenix 7 Pro and would like to create a few generic workout activities that I could simply activate when I begin them, and then mark the session complete when done... I do NOT want to track specific exercises or repetitions / weights in the watch, I just want to turn on and off the following key activities:

Strength workout

Swim workout

Cardio workout

Is there a way for me to setup these types of activities (that will NOT require specific exercises / reps / etc.)?
