Multi Sport activities don’t sync with Garmin Connect app

Good morning,

I have a Forerunner 265s and every multi sport activity I do, it shows up on the watch, but never syncs with the Garmin Connect app. I have read in other forums that this has happened to other models too, but has this issue no been resolved or is it just my watch? 

I know I can plug in the the watch to the computer and covert the file and then upload, but it loses crucial data with that, so I really want it to work properly and connect to the app without having to upload it manually through the pc. Any advice!?

    Best asking on the Forerunner 265 forum to see whether other owners of that model have the same problem. My multisport activities sync just fine, and always did, but I have a different watch model.

    You do not lose any data by syncing with Garmin Express, or by importing the activity manually.
