Since last weekend my Hrv is not correcting anymore.
I have had one bad night with a low hrv, but all nights after my hrv had been normal, however my hrv keeps telling me it’s unbalanced. Looks like the 7day average is not calculated correctly.
I’m using an Forerunner 965, and an IPhone 16 Pro.
