can you allow some notifications to go to iPhone and not to garmin connect?

I only want certain message to go to my Garmin Connect but I always want them to display on my Iphone. Is there a way to configure the phone or app?

Yes, you can do that in the iOS settings for notifications, by disabling the Notification Center option in the settings of the concerned app. The notifications will continue appearing on the phone, without going to the watch.
