For brief moment i connected myfitnesspal app to my garmin account, didn't like it so delated account there.
Now in app (newest version) or in web (tried like 3 browsers) i can't unlink myfitnesspal from my account. I can see big "disconnect" button, but pressing it does not change anything (same on web after clicking link/pop-up)
As i wrote before i tried doing it on web as well ( can't see calories tab, just calories in/out because of connection) 
Result is same, after pressing "Disconnect" button nothing happens

Ah OK, sorry, I did not read carefully. On my end, the disconnecting from GC Web works fine - I've just retested it. You can also try disconnecting it from the side of MFP:
If it does not work either, contact the Support (Garmin and/or MFP)
