sync my run to garmin connect

Dear ,

yesterday there was some server error from garmin on Feb 10 2024 , so i could not my activity to app .

after your server problem is fix , i could click sync button in connect app and it sync my steps and others but it did not sync my run activty

I tried to sync it so many time , it always get succesfull but my run record is not there .

I can see my run acivity in run history in my garmin watch but it is not syncing to app

Try a manual upload from your Garmin device to Garmin Connect Web - How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?

If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file. Attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

I have similar issue, if I click a device icon I'm able to see the error "unable to complete sync"

WiFi sync worked this morning. Now it's not. Removing device leads to be unable to add it. Please help. This is the 2nd time during a month that my garmin device fails

managed to fix it by removing Garmin Connect, IQ Store, bluetooth device from the phone. Then reinstalling, re-login and re-connecting
