Courses missing from Training and Planning menu in Garmin Connect App

I read that in order to download your courses you have to:

Make a course in the Connect app
Go to the More tab with the 3 dots.
Click on Training and Planning.
Select Courses and choose a course to download to your watch… All according to their documentation: https://support.garmin.com/ en-GB/?faq=VUgW3ChoRg2j4TeIX59et8
However courses are not in my Training and Planning menu!? How do I upload the course I made??

Ps. I have a Garmin Forerunner 165 Music

It might help if you remove the watch from Garmin Connect and add it again so the app activates the menus.

As a workaround use Garmin Connect Web. https://connect.garmin.com/modern/courses

Send the course to the device. Then sync in Garmin Connect and the course will sync to your device.

Thank you I've tried removing the watch from the Garmin Connect app and adding it again twice now today. It hasn't worked. If this keeps up Im gonna switch to Coros lol. But thank you for the workaround for now
