I don’t see this option in the connect app anymore when I select a course

Ok, in fact, in the new version of Garmin Connect, the two button are very close from each other. So you need to be precise to clic on one or on the other.

I don't see this either. What changed? How do I get my course sent to my watch?

Update: To get around this limitation, I had to install Garmin Express and then from the Garmin Connect web app I clicked…

You’re so right! You have to use a little finger and try and click on the phone icon not the three dots and it sends. Just spent a frustrating hour stressing about getting my course on my watch then found…

Update: To get around this limitation, I had to install Garmin Express and then from the Garmin Connect web app I clicked "Send to Watch" which opened Garmin Express then sync'd to my watch.

When you click, do you get the ability to send to device? I do not. (Note: trying to updload a file but it keeps failing silently.)

Yes, the course is then sent to the watch instantly

I'm not having an issue with this. I'm currently on GC version 5.8. Possibly only affecting GC for iOS version 5.9 which was rolled out on January 30th.

Same problem, the “send to device” option has disappeared from the menu! Wtf garmin, this is sort of ruining my day right now, I had a ride planned and now I’ve wasted an hour trying to fix your buggy software…..

Contact Garmin Support directly to report the issue. The phone number and contact options will vary depending on your region and time of day.
