CIQ app cannot be installed - "Installing" displayed forever

Hello I’m did publish Padel AI app long time ago – CIQ app apps.garmin.com/.../d8596455-fcf5-4d6a-a2f3-94a746eaf8a0. Recently I was informed by one of my users that he tried to update my app – he hasn’t done that for a long time. Unfortunately he was not able – it was stuck on “updating” state forever so he deleted and tried to reinstall the app and still it is in “installing” state forever. Tried to reboot the device, double chcked available space etc. He is using Fenix 5x Firmware Version: 25.00

I asked the user to check his firmware is up to date and if he is able to install other CIQ apps - he is able.

As you know CIQ developers have no controll over the installation process so I would appreciate if someone could provide us a guidance on how to troubleshoot this issue? Maybe there are some corrupted files on the watch that he has to delete, but I dont want to make any blind recommendations.
