One Garmin Watch sync up with two cell phones as need

I have two cell phones (one is apple the other is android), is it possible to pair my Garmin watch (EPIX PRO gen2) with the two phones.

1) the ideal is to be able to receive the app notification from both at the same time.

2) if 1) is not possible, can I still switch from one to the other as require.

3) how can I pair the second phone, while no need to reset the watch?

You can have the watch paired with multiple devices, but only one at a time can have Bluetooth enabled when pairing. And for syncing and notifications it is similar - it will work fine if only one of the phones has the BT on, but it may not work, or can lead to corrupted data if you keep BT enabled on both phones.
