Health data on Venu not syncing with Connect on phone (iphone SE) or Connect.Garmin.com as of Nov 6. Activities sync properly.

Have tried resetting watch, and uninstalling and re-installing Garmin Connect on phone.  Been working perfectly since 2016, most recently working on IphoneSE.  On Nov 6, I purchased a refurbished iphoneSE, saved all data to icloud, then moved the SIM chip to new phone.  Since then, the data transfers have not worked.

  • Problem resolved!  Received great support in chat with Support.Garmin.com.  Needed to first remove watch as a device, from within the app on phone.  Then needed to go into bluetooth on phone and "forget device" (the Venu).  Then, back to the app to "Add new device", following the pretty logical process flow.  Finally, synced, and health data is now showing on app and website.
