Having to do a manual wifi push to sync sleep and intensity data

For the past number of days my Tactix 7 pro won't manually update these things. I have to do a wifi push to get the data. Any thoughts?

I’m having a similar problem with Bluetooth sync not updating sleep or body battery since December from my Forerunner 955. WiFi sync did work so this is a good workaround. Hope this gets fixed soon.

I am afraid you will have to fix it yourself (or call the Support and ask them to walk you through the troubleshooting). I recommend to Remove and Add a Device From the Garmin Connect App | Garmin Customer Support, wait till the next morning, sync, and see whether it helped. If not, then have a look at the Troubleshooting guide for (some) data missing after syncing for more tips.

@Garmin, do you have any suggestions for troubleshooting this? As I have followed the recommended guidance, and it will still not connect. Same, I can not synch connect the Forerunner 955 to Wifi.
