I am a long time user of a vivoactive watch and garmin connect on my phone to register my runs.
I have recently purchased a Garmin edge 130 plus and I wanted to use it to register a ride on my bike (for the record, this ride was done indoor on a smart trainer)
I activated the indoor trainer possibility on the garmin edge 130 plus and I connected my vivoactive to receive the heart rate.
So far, so good, I was able to register a ride in the garmin edge.
When I go to history, I can see the ride as well under history > rides.
I wanted to see this ride also in my garmin connect.
The edge shows as connected in the app, I can click the sync button, but nothing happens, my ride is not uploaded as an activity in my garmin connect.
I tried the old-fashioned way of connecting it to my garmin express on the mac, but still, connecting and synching works, but nothing happens, the ride does not show....
