Notification Forerunner 955 - iphone

I bought the Garmin Forerunner 955. Now is every notification on my iPhone, also on my Garmin Forerunner 955. I want to choose which notifications is sent to my Garmin, but since iOS 18.1.1, I can’t find a way to select the apps that I want to sent a notification. Anyone else the same problem?

In iOS settings for Notifications, disable the option Notification Center at the apps that you do not wish to receive the notifications from. The Notification Center option only impacts what is sent to the watch, your phone will still continue showing them.
