Garmin Edge 830 Training Plan Syncing not showing up

Hi all, I keep having the recurring problem of my Edge 830 not syncing with Garmin Connect such that my Garmin Coach training plan does not appear on my Edge 830 when I turn on the computer, nor when I go to the 'Training' icon displayed on the opening screen. Does anyone know what's going on?  I saw someone had posted something about this in April 2024 and, of course, there was no response from Garmin, much less anyone else. For all of the money Garmin makes on these devices, they are absolutely atrocious at remaining synchronized across devices and across software apps within the Garmin domain. It's like there's a bunch of software programmers all working on different parts of the Garmin world, yet none of them are in contact with one another. Absolutely maddening.
