GC app v5.7.2
Problem has existed over last few IOS and GC app updates. I have tried different cloud connections like LTE only, wifi and LTE and connecting to hot spot. When i travelled internationally when on LTE cloud I WAS able to see my run data within the GC IOS app. I could see new and historical run data details. But, when i returned to the states, like before the new and old run data details where not viewable. I can see the runs in the summary view, just no details.
I've used various watches, Forerunner 35, and 165, i've deleted the GC IOS app and reinstalled, I've reset the watches, I've restarted the iphone 12 many times and there is no difference, still can't see run details.
It seems to be related specifically to run data and how it is stored on the cloud, because when i click on run details the data is supposed to be retrieved and displayed. Since i get the error in the subject line there must be an issued with either the data or some security issue.
Any suggestions on how to continue debugging this would be very much appreciated.
