Where can I download Garmin Connect 5.4 that is compatible with and older version of Apple IOS 12 to 15

You can't. The last Garmin Connect version available for iOS up to 15 is the v5.1

Hi, thanks for the reply.

The iphone I am trying to use is a Iphone 7, software 15.8.3

but when we try to download it says “The app requires iOS 16 or later!

I have also iOS v15.8.3, and the last Garmin Connect version to which I can update is v5.1.0.21. Though, I had the app installed already long before the release of v5.1. I would expect that Apple Store offers the last compatible version matching your iOS, but if it is not that case, I recommend reaching out to Garmin's Product Support through their website at https://support.garmin.com. Use the Phone or Chat options for an instant response. Email exchanges usually take a few days. Please, let us know what they tell you.
