Load focus only lasts a few hours

My load focus is setup as one of my glances.

After an activity, either with my Edge 1050 or my Fenix 5x plus, the load focus displays my stats. Normally, by the next time I check the Connect app, my stats are gone and it has reverted to:

Do you own a watch too? Does it happen when the watch syncs? Try syncing manually both devices again, one after the other, and then repat the cycle once more. There could be an issue with the Primary Wearable Device not having exchanged all data over the PhysioTrueUp with Edge, and then the data from the watch crashing the data from Edge.

If the manual syncing does not help, then I recommend reaching out to the Product Support through their website at https://support.garmin.com. Use the Phone or Chat options for an instant response. Email exchanges usually take a few days.
