How can I restore an accidentaly deleted activity?

Hi everyone, I accidentally delete an activity from my GARMIN CONNECT APP but I still can see the activity on my Fenix 3 HR. Please help me!

Connect watch to a computer and fetch the FIT file from the file system in the watch and import it to Garmin Connect Web: https://connect.garmin.com/modern/import-data
