Hi I have an Epix Pro Gen2,

it stopped syncing with Garmin Connect app on my IPhone, so i deleted the device, deleted bluetooth connection, re-booted both, several times and it will bluetooth connect to my phone but will not connect to the connect app, it says pairing failed and will not pair.

It recognises the device on connect app but says unable to pair your garmin device???????

Please will you sort this out.

    Do not add it to bluetooth first. Remove it from bluetooth devices and then add it in Garmin Connect.

    Hi thanks, but i have already done that several times, re-booted both etc but its still not having it.

    I have done the lot checked all setting etc, it connected first time but since having problems i have removed the device from Garmin connect but it will not re-connect to the watch, the bluetooth on my Iphone is picking up the watch everytime but the app says "device not pairing".

    I have now solved it, i logged out of the connects app then logged back in and it connected first time.
