Unable to pair Fenix 6x Pro

Hi I have a problem with my garmin fenix 6x pro It wont connect to my app, but it does to my bluetooth, I have reseted my iphone even my garmin fully reseted deleted my garmin to connect app, re-trying still wont connect it says “unable to pair”, anyone had this issue?

Still It doesn't work, it says "Unable to pair your Garmin device.", once I type the following code to connect with the bluetooth it works then after the next step it says that message unable to pair!
