I have seen a number of posts on this subject - but couldn't see a recent update: Is it possible to assign a default "gear" to a specific sport in the Garmin Connect app?
For example, I ride three bikes, Road, Indoor and MTB - but I only ever seem to be able to select one default for cycling - therefore to truly "track" my gear, I have to update the activity to the correct bike / shoes etc which is massively frustrating.
As a side note - Strava does this automatically for me - dependant on the activity being posted by my Garmin Edge (820) or Zwift Hub the correct Bike and Shoes are assigned. Surely Garmin could follow suit and do the same?
