Why do Garmin Connect IOS glances take far too much screen real estate?

Look at the difference between Garmin Connect IOS summary glances and Apple's IOS Health summary:

Change the text size in the display settings on the phone. It looks like you are using a larger text size than default.

Must be specific to the GC iOS app. Looks OK on android. You might want to reach out to Product Support through their website at https://support.garmin.com.

Maybe thats why they changed to the bad Home Screen the nice we all want back in apple and they want us to leave Garmin. Garmin change it back to old setup.
