lost all data Garmin connect

I just returned from pride and uploaded my data to my Garmin connect app.  It appeared to transfer from my Edge 1040 Solar although it also requested an update on both the Edge and the app. When I was done, the workout was fine as was all but a weird block int he middle of this year.  Please help!

  • Are you saying that you are missing workouts during a period of this year, but all other workouts are correct?

    The most common reason to why a user is missing workouts is that they have multiple accounts. The extra accounts are usually created when a user switch phone or reinstall the app.

  • Thanks. I did that and only found 1 which still had the data from this week missing and my old history from previous Garmin Edge is gone.

  • Try searching a different email address, if you have some. Check your email archive and see what address Garmin was sending you emails to, in the past.

    Also, is all the old data missing or only some? Your description is not quite clear. You tell your old history is gone, but formerly you wrote that there was a "weird block in the middle of the year". And are you referring only to activities, or to all historical data, including the HR, Steps, etc? When you open your profile with the historical stats, how long does it go back?
