Instinct 2X dual power model is not registered in garmin connect

Dear sir,

recently I have purchased INSTINCT 2X dual power from big camera japan. But I am not able to connect with iPhone as this model is not registered in Garmin Connect app..

it is not pairing with the phone.

kindly resolve to connect.

That's indeed a model specific to Japan only, hence you have to set the country to Japan, in your Garmin account at Garmin | Account | Profile

At least temporarily, for the pairing. You can then set it back to your true location, once paired.
