Have noticed recently that when editing an activity name via the 3 dots menu in the top right hand corner, Edit Activity - after coming out of the Name field half of the screen is black and you have to scroll up to see the rest of the page. Same behaviour after exiting the Notes field. Not 100% sure when it started happening but think it may have been after updating to iOS18.
