Why wasn't I awarded the Marathon badge?

Hi,

I've run two marathons (Barcelona both times), but I was never awarded the Marathon badge for either of them.

Is there any way Garmin can somehow correct this?

The Marathon badge is available since 2018 Apr 3, and it does not work for activities done before that date, so your older Marathon does not apply. The Marthon from 2021 would apply, but I suspect you added it manually, or imported it, which again does not meet the criteria. You can trick it out by editing any existing run recorded directly by a Garmin device (regardless of the distance recorded), instead of creating it manually from the scratch.
