Gosh this is such a common problem — user forums full of the same issue — that you’d think it would be fixed by now. So, as with many other users here’s my issue: my Fenix 6 wasn’t syncing with my phone. Garmin Connect said the phone wasn’t connected. Following the instructions on user forums I “forgot” the watch in my Bluetooth settings and removed it from my Connect app. I restarted my phone and the watch, put the watch in pairing mode and clicked “add device” in the app. Nothing. App says there is no watch nearby. Neither can my iPad or any other device see my watch. Both the app and the watch have the current software versions. I am now worse off than before — at least then the watch was paired to the phone it just wasn’t syncing. Now it isn’t even paired.
What is the advice now?
