Live Track

For a week now, Live Track sends the mail message, invites the contact to view the track but never starts. The icon spins and the error message says, "No signal, trying to reconnect."

Not the first time this has happened over the years, but certainly the longest outage.

    I bet there will be someone, but I do not think it is a general issue. I would check the following:

    1. The GPS is locked
    2. The connection to the phone is working (some phome tend to shut down the communication after certain period, so make sure to disable any kind of battery optimizing applied to the Garmin Connect app)
    3. The phone has a stable mobile data connection. Avoid starting the activity in the proximity of your home Wi-Fi router. When you start the activity while the phone is still connected to the Wi-Fi, and start moving away, it may take a while before the phone switches to mobile data, and in the result the Live Track may be interrupted.
