Th resting heart rate can be used as an indidcator for the recovery state. But the RHFM can also be an indicator for your health status. For example, a sudden increase of the RHFM can be a sign for a cold that hasn't broken out, yet.
Yes, I could check the 7-day-history. But who does this on a daily basis? it would be easier, if it were possible to set up an alarm for an abnormal, sudden increase of the resting heartrate.
Of course, it would be ideal to have the function on the watch. But i placed this here, because this feature doesn't depend on a particular model.
