Turn off notification for a connected call on my watch

I’m using an Apple iPhone 14 and a Garmin instinct. Every time my phone rings and I answer it a few seconds later I get a message vibration on my watch that tells me that I just answered my phone. I know I just answered my phone because I just answered my phone. I don’t need my watch telling me I did something that I just did. Garmin support has been zero help. They don’t know how to turn off that notification or why it even exists in the first place. This never happened on my android phone. Anybody have a similar issue or know how to turn it off. It’s pretty annoying.

It exists because iPhone sends a system notification when a call is answered, and the watch gets all those system notifications, unless they are suppressed on the iOS level. You can selectively disable notifications from diverse apps on iOS by removing the app from the "Notification Center", but I am not sure whether you can selectively disable just the "call answered" notifications. The best would be calling the Apple support and asking them.
