Why can’t I see the interval swim breakdown on my app

Until recently I was able to drill down the intervals under the swim lap tab on the app.  I am no longer able to drill down on the app. It is still available on the desktop version

  • I am having the same issue. I chatted and emailed Garmin Product Support during mid-July and they still haven’t figured it out. 
    I provided screenshots of past sub-intervals that I sent to my coach showing the details of each interval, and when I access the same activity today on iOS Connect App, I am no longer able to see the sub-intervals. It is very annoying and I am disappointed with Garmin. 
    I can see the sub-intervals on my watch and on the web version of Connect, but I would like it on Connect App. 

  • Exactly. This is the first time I have posted a question here. Do you know how long we can expect to wait for a reply?   Have they told you they are working on it?

    This is a user forum, so we can only suggest you some workarounds like using Garmin Connect Web. I rather recommend reaching out to the Product Support through their website at https://support.garmin.com. Use the Phone or Chat options for an instant response. Email exchanges usually take a few days. 

  • When I spoke to product support, I suggested they look into the latest update versions because this issue only recently occurred to me, right around one of the update’s releases to iOS. The representative who chatted and emailed me spoke to the engineers, the helpdesk, and who knows who else.. All assured me that it wasn’t the update and they kept insisting that it may be the way I record my activities/workouts.. I haven’t changed anything. 
    So, they’re pretty lost. Neither the rep, the engineers, nor the helpdesk have figured it out.

  • Got an email update from Product Support:

    “Just wanted to follow up regarding the issue you reporting with your pool swim activities in Connect.

    The case has had some movement, you must have been the first customer to report the issue, but since then there has been more reports and similar issues regarding how the intervals and laps are displayed in the Connect app.
    With these recent reports and yours, the case has been escalated to our Engineering team, and a fix is currently in the process of being developed.

    We don't have a time frame on when this will be resolved or how long it will take, but as soon as there is an update available, you will get an email from us prompting you to update.

  • This issue should now be resolved via the recent 5.5 update rolled out to both Android and iOS this week.
