Why is my decathlon/domyos activity not synching with Garmin connect? All permissions are in place

My domyos run500 activity logged in the decathlon Econnected app is not showing in Garmon connect even though permissions have been given between the apps.

the activities are showing in Strava so the data is there.

According to the Decathalon FAQ, it appears that the sync direction for activities is from Garmin to Decathlon only.

Apps, such as Strava have bidirectional syncing.

Do you have a Garmin device that you use with your Domyos RUN500 treadmill?

No. The treadmill connects by bluetooth to the decathlon Econnected app. I have given permissions through Garmin for the apps to share activities but it isnt transfering to Garmin.

It is sharing to Strava so I know the data is there and being uploaded to that app

Thanks, looks like that is the problem. That is frustrating as in Garmin it looks both directions but clearly not.

The screen in GC tells "Training" at data shared from Decathlon to GC, not "Activities" as at the opposite sense. It means ony Workouts and Training Plans can be sent from Decathlon to GC. Why don't you simply record the activity on your Garmin watch? You can also import the activity manually.

Yeh. Just wanted to use the treadmill data directly. Just going to use Zwift running as the treadmill connects through that and updates Garmin.
