No option to set Device Priority via connect web or iOS

Hi, I have added my Quatix 7 as the sole device in Garmin connect and it does not give me the option to add it as the primary wearable, as it currently shows only as primary training device. This is via connect web and iOS.

I have had major issues so far getting the device to connect to the app, having had to reinstate software and reset the device. I am hoping there is a solution which avoids having to disconnect from the connect app to not endure this process again.

Pleased to hear any solutions

If you have no other watch in the same Garmin Connect account, there is no need to set it up as the PWD, it already is the PWD implicitly anyway.

I thought the same, however none of my sleep score/stress data has been syncing across to the app. Maybe a separate issue?

Probably. Most likely you created a duplicate account, when reinstalling the app. I recommend to follow the instructions in the article Garmin Connect Sync Issues Due to Having Two Accounts | Garmin Support, then log a few minutes of steps and HR, and record a test activity, wait till the next morning, sync, and see whether it helped. If not, then have a look at the Troubleshooting guide for (some) data missing after syncing for more tips.
