I have a Garmin 245 and I want to set up a track workout but I can’t find any examples on how to do it. I want to begin with a 15 minute warmup running around the track, including 8 x 100m relaxed strides with 100m of jogging between. I would then finish the workout with a 15 minute cooldown running around the track. From what I have read, I would first need to calibrate the watch to that specific track, so we would need to begin there. I think the setup for this workout would be very useful to all runners, so a step-by-step example would be a great addition to the User Guides as well. Hope you can help. Thank you.
