The expeditions are only based on daily steps. No need to walk at the correct location. Just join any expedition and you will automatically get progress on that expedition.

Expeditions work like the challenges. You must join them and after that log steps or climbs. Kilimanjaro is based on climbed floors. Not steps that I wrote in my first post. Do you see any progress?
