Pulse ox not syncing to connect app

Hi,

I’ve done multiple pulse ox readings which show on my watch but not my connect app still says no data/ no readings today. The history under pulse ox glance on my watch shows the historic readings too. Have tried pressing the sync button too.

    From the app or the watch? Have you tried the Sync option from the controls loop on your watch?

  • Yes have tried both. Actually notice the main ‘glance’ on the app says no readings today but when I click on it you can see todays reading (just not yesterdays)

  • It happens to me quite often, as of this morning: I try switching off/on the Bluetooth on the phone and then tapping on "sync" double arrow icon on the GC homepage; or I tap on the watch icon on the top right corner (beside the double arrow icon) and then sync the device by tapping the double arrow icon that's on the right, just after the device name. This worked for me.
