strength training summary - max weight, max reps, avg reps etc

I have tried to find or create a report of exercises I have done showing weight, reps etc.

Bench Press: Max Wt. 10 kg, max reps 10, avg reps

Leg Extensions: Max Wt 10kg, max reps 10, avg reps

Curls.....

You get the idea.  Looking for a way to track the above info.  Only way I have found is to go back through each workout and look for the info.  I add all this info to strength training activity, so the data is there.    Tried on iOS app and web.

I cannot remember the weights from workout to workout as I rotate through different exercises.  

Has to be an easier to get at this logged info.

Progress summary on web connect does not show anything useful.
