when i upload a Zwift activity, then i count this intense minutes twice.
Why does this happen?
Those are no Calories. Those are Intensity minutes, and there is "2x" because they are "Vigorous Intensity Minutes". You can read more about the feature of Intensity Minutes in the document How Does the Intensity Minutes Feature Work? | Garmin Customer Support
