I have the same problem. Since the app updated last week, my workouts are recording but nothing else. My device is tracking and can connect/sync to the app, but no biometric data is transferring.
Does it work on the watch?
Resetting the home tab apparently fixes a lot of these issues. Scroll to bottom, Edit Home, Scroll to bottom, Reset Home.
Thanks for the suggestion. I tried it multiple times, synced with the device, and restarted the app. No luck. Only current steps are transferred to the app.

Then it is the watch that must be fixed. Everything is calculated on the watch and then uploaded to Garmin Connect. No calculations are done online. Garmin Connect is only a viewer of the uploaded data.
Do you see new VO2 max values for the past two weeks? Have you logged activities that should calculate a new VO2 max value?
Yes, everything else is there on the watch but just no update on my training status? I am training for a triathlon so I am doing something whether it be running, swimming, cycling or weights on most days. It showed productive on Friday last week, but since then I’ve swam on Saturday and ran on Sunday both outdoors and it says no data
I have the same problem, its also logging a lot less steps a couple of days before that too
