Since the 2024 update of Garmin Connect I am unable to enter workouts manually via the app; ie reps/sets/weight/time
Before the update I could add an workout and it would sync across other apps that are connected.
Is this option still available?

Are you referring to creating a manual activity? As in an activity you did not record, and you would still like to enter it manually into the app? Or are you referring to creating a strength training workout that you will follow. Nothing has changed in either case, except how you get to it from the home screen.
Yes, the first one. I’d like to be able to enter the workout details after having complete it.
i found it very simple to do so before the update but can’t seem to work it now.
i realize this is more than likely user error so would appreciate why help you can provide.
In that case, to add activities, first verify that you have In Focus toggled on.
Then add at least 1 of the Activity Trends cards, such as Gym & Fitness Equipment.
From then on, in the In Focus section tap on the '+' to add an activity.
After saving the activity as Strength Training, you'll then be able to edit it to add exercises, sets, reps, etc.
Alternatively, you can create an activities tab on your home screen, then go to Create Manual Activity. This method has not changed with the latest update.
You can just long press the Garmin Connect app on your phone and a pop up menu will come up and you can add right from there with the 'Add a manual Activity' but I have not had any luck getting those added activities to sync with strava. Or if you prefer not to have the in focus tile you can go to the more tab, then activities, the create a manual activity from there.
Thank you ever so much. This has solved my problem1
